We provide high quality project management and ensure that we have the right personnel managing all aspects of the works. We have a dedicated team of staff to liaise with consultants, client representatives and management. Our Project Administrators are directly responsible for the administrative flow between our client and HBS, including all Occupational Health & Safety documentation, Quality Assurance Plans and Environmental Management Plans. Our direct workforce consists of highly skilled stone masons, solid plasterers, bricklayers, roof plumbers, carpenters, and metal workers. Other key trades (concrete, structural steel, windows, services, etc) are engaged as required when we are undertaking new construction works.

Renovation
HBS renovate heritage projects converting and modifying existing elements within the heritage structures to facilitate new, used and extended life span.
HBS have been working with the Department of Housing for over 6 years renovating Residential High Rise Apartments across Melbourne. This involves sewer stack works, demolition, concrete repairs, new kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and common areas.
Cladding Replacement
HBS is registered with Cladding Safety Victoria to make Victorians safer by reducing the risk associated with combustible cladding on residential and commercial buildings. HBS has been working with owners and Owners Corporations to help Design and Construct rectification of non-compliant or non-conforming external wall cladding and replacing with compliant non-combustible certified product.
